Jenna Is our athlete of the week because of her willingness to do what it takes in order to become a better athlete and person. She has given up those things in her life that provide
nothing positive for her to accomplish her goals. She is now an amazing crossfit athlete as well as a dedicated member of our Hercules Crossfit community. Mark Anderson is our athlete of the week. Not only has he proved himself to be a great athlete but, he goes out of his way to support his Hcf team. Even when he doesn't have a scheduled workout, he comes in on his own time and roots on his team carrying them through the toughest wods.
