GetFit: Basic class for all levels. There will be no Olympic lifting in this class. This class will include strength training, endurance, bodyweight exercises and mobility. This a great way to get fit and not worry about the technical skill of Olympic lifting.
Level 1: CrossFit class with technical skills of Olympic lifting, strength training, endurance and bodyweight exercises. Use this class to gain all the technical skills of CrossFit to be able to advance into level 2.
Level 2: You must know all your Olympic lifts and pass a test to get into this class. This class will work on advancing your skills and help you get to a competitive level, if needed.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
